Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Fierce purchase! If you need to return an item, please email us at returns@fierce.is with your order number and reason for the return and we’ll guide you through the simple process.

Return Window:

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important Note:

• We only accept returns of unworn and unwashed items.

• Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be discarded.

Return Shipping Costs:

We are unable to provide shipping labels or cover return shipping costs*

Incorrect Addresses:

If the courier deems the address insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will return to us. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm the updated address.

Lost Packages:

Please submit claims for lost packages within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damages

If you think an item you received is damaged or defective, please email returns@fierce.is with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos. We’ll assist you promptly.

Processing Time

• Exchanges: Immediate if we have the desired size and color in stock. If not, we can help you find another item you’ll love.

• Returns: May take 2-3 weeks to process once received, with refunds issued to the original payment method only.

This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translations.
